Tyce Construction worked with a new customer to design and build a 20,000 sf $1 million (construction costs) state of the art health fitness center in Poway, CA. This center was a full service center that included; juice and health snack bar, restrooms, showers, locker rooms, tanning room, health spa that included massages by a Physical Therapist, hair salon, weight lifting area, aerobics class rooms, spin class room, treadmill and electronic fitness equipment area, racket ball courts and a nursery for child and infant care for members.
