$2.5 million high tech presentation center, Design/Build SCIF (4,500 sf)
Tyce Construction was challenged by BAE Systems to design and build a 4,500 sf top secret/high tech/high quality presentation center for proposing and closing new DOD (customer) contracts. The project schedule was nine weeks from conceptual drawings by an architectural firm on the East Coast to completion. Most finishes were custom made specific to this project with long lead times or from foreign countries. The project was completed on schedule and with-in the budget.
